Day 1: Arrival to Ghana

Akwabaa, Welcome to Ghana! After landing at the Kotoka International Airport, your driver will transport you to your lodging in Accra where you will relax and unwind. 


In the evening, we will have a proper Ghanaian welcome with a night out in town.

Day 2: Accra City Tour

Indulge in Ghana’s history and some shopping as we explore the streets of Accra. Travel to the W.E.B. Du Bois Memorial Centre for Pan African Culture to learn of the Pan African influence throughout the Diaspora.

Day 3: Aburi Botanical Gardens

Today we will take a scenic drive to the Eastern Region of Ghana to visit Aburi. Take in the mountain views, lush green forests, and cooler weather. We spend some time at the Botanical Gardens, before exploring the town and residential areas nearby.

Day 4: Moving to Ghana Workshop

Day 5: Ancestral Pilgrimage

We will depart for Cape Coast. On the way, we will stop at the Assin Manso Slave river, where our ancestors took their last bath before being taken to the slave dungeons. 
 
At the Cape Coast Dungeons, we will bare witness to the conditions our ancestors were held as captives prior to their brutal voyage into the diaspora.

Day 6: Kakum National Park

Today we will continue our voyage throughout Cape Coast and head to a canopy walkway in the middle of a forest. Brace yourself as you walk 100 feet in the air at Kakum National Park. Unwind and enjoy Ghana’s coasts on the beach in the afternoon.

Day 7: Land & Neighborhood Tours

We will visit some land sites in the Central Region, and explore some residential areas and the surrounding community.
 
Afterwards, we will return to Accra by road and rest for the remainder of the evening.

Day 8: Chale Wote Festival

Experience the festivities of the Annual Chale Wote street art festival in Accra. The event brings together an alluring mix of artists, musicians, food, and Accra’s up and coming fashion designers.
 
In the evening we will go out to experience some local entertainment.

Day 9: Prampram Tour

We will take a drive to Prampram, a small coastal neighborhood in Greater Accra. We will visit some land and property sites along the way, then make a stop at the African Ancestral Wall.

Day 10: Departure

Enjoy breakfast and take some time to reflect on your life-changing experience in Ghana.

You will have a free day to relax, do some shopping, or explore (time permitting), prior to your flight.

Your driver will bring you to Kotoka International Airport for departure.
